Hours of Operation: The Palmdale International Shopping Mall is open every day except Tuesday. Monday through Saturday 11AM to 8PM Sunday 11AM to 6PM Tuesday Closed Vendors are required to keep their booths open when the Mall is open. This will ensure business for each vendor and is necessary to keep vendor permits valid.

Vendor Selection: We select vendors with merchandise we feel best suits the space. We also select vendors on the basis of their experience. Please include any information on the application that will increase your chances of being considered.

How We Operate: The Mall operates within four-week periods. All spaces are filled every four weeks from vendors on the waiting list. The Mall is open for loading, unloading and booth construction from 10AM to 11AM. Vendors MAY NOT SELL old merchandise, food items, guns, pornography or illegal items. Vendors MAY ONLY SELL the items approved in your contract. All spaces shall be built per provided drawing.

Licensing: Vendors are required to have a valid Resale Permit from the California State Board of Equalization. Rate: Please check with the Operations Manager for rates and contract terms on individual stores and Food Court spaces. Rates may vary on contracts with a different term periods and space availablity.
