The Palmdale International Shopping Mall has thousands of visitors on an annual basis.  If you were to open a store or shop elsewhere, it would take a significant amount of time and money to attract customers.  At our mall, you are not alone.  You will be next to established vendors, many of whom have been with us for 16 years.  Their customers can potentially also be your customers.  For example, a customer may come in to eat at our food court.  On the way to the food court, the customer may see your store and instantly you have a potential customer that originally just came to the mall for food.

The advantage of our mall is that we provide a full shopping experience to our valued customers.  Our vendors provide great customer service and prices that you won’t find at a larger retailer.  Customers can also enjoy our food court, arcade, entertainment and more when they come to the mall. 

Starting or expanding a business can be challenging.  We have over 30 years of business experience and can assist you to get your business up and running.  Our team advertises on the internet, radio, tv, print and more to promote the Palmdale International Shopping Mall.  In addition, we have events such as concerts, carnivals, car shows and more that drive customer traffic to your business.


Vendor Selection

We carefully select vendors that sell merchandise or provide services that best suits the space.  We also look at previous business experience.  If you have no or little experience, we can assist you as well. 

How Do We Operate

Vendors are required to keep their booths open during the mall’s hours of operation.  This is beneficial for you, other vendors and customers. 

You are required to have a valid Seller’s Permit from the California State Board of Equalization and a valid Business License from the City of Palmdale.  Paperwork for both are conveniently available at our main office.  As a vendor, you are solely responsible to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

You MAY NOT SELL guns, pornography or illegal merchandise

You MAY ONLY SELL the items that are listed in your license agreement.


  1. Regular Spaces – Size – 10ft. x 14ft.
  2. Corner Spaces – Size – 10ft. x 14ft.
  3. Individual Stores – Sizes May Vary
  4. Food Court – Sizes May Vary

Prices and availability of spaces may vary and are subject to change at any time. 

Rent includes the following: Maintenance, Security, 500 watts of electricity.  Additional usage of electricity, gas and water shall be charged.
